Super Bowl Commercial Bingo
The other week I put together a "Super Bowl Commercial Bingo" game for our church youth group's Super Bowl party. I've done something like this a couple times before, but this time I wrote a script to generate the cards.
This game has two main benefits. The first (rather pedestrian) benefit is that it offers side entertainment for people who aren't especially interested in football but who are at the party because it's what the group is doing.
The second (more compelling) benefit is that it subtly teaches people to adopt a critical posture toward advertising rather than passively receiving it. In this respect, a youth group might be the perfect audience for the game.
The game was a success with the kids: probably a couple dozen played the game, and several kept going even after the prizes had been claimed because they wanted to finish filling in their cards.
The GitHub repository has more details about how to use the script. Here's what a card looks like:

Obviously this is too late for someone to use it this year, but perhaps someone will find this ahead of next year's game.
Update, February 22: Here's a PDF version of the bingo cards. These are formatted for US letter-sized paper, and the file includes 60 unique cards.
